Le due location Grady bar, Zanchi e Forcellini, sono l'espressione massima della visione di Alberto Corrado che si impegna ogni giorno insieme alla sua squadra di offrire un servizio che non contempla scorciatoie o compromessi. Solamente la materia prima di altissima qualità condita dalla generosa ospitalità: valori che si trovano sempre più di rado.
